US farm insurance provider Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance has entered a multi-year agreement with online financial services company Online Resources Corporation to tap the latter’s online bill payment offering.

Under the terms of the deal, Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance is set to implement Online Resources’ Payment Advantage solution, which enables payments online, via live agent and IVR. The Bureau’s more than 765,000 auto, home, life, business and farm insurance policyholders will have the option to use any of these channels to carry out ACH, credit- and debit-card payments. The Bureau’s staff will be able to access real-time, on-demand reporting and tracking through Online Resources’ Web-based Client Console payment management tool.

Payment Advantage is part of Online Resources’ eCom Advantage suite which provides electronic bill presentment, payment and collection services.
