The new environment connects some of SIX’s core processing systems to the CBK Chargeback solution to ensure STP interoperability. The system has so far been implemented for users at two locations in Switzerland and Austria. The new platform will generate added value when it comes to managing and processing dispute resolution for financial institutions, merchants and cardholders.
SIX Payment Services provides integrated card processing in both card-present and card-not-present environments. Its services are used in hospitality, retail, parking, vending, e-commerce and card-not-present applications in North America, the Caribbean region, Europe, Middle-East, Africa and Asia-Pacific. The services include local or centrally hosted solutions, EMV solutions, end-to-end encryption, tokenisation and back-office tools and functionalities.
