Germany-based payment transactions processor PAY.ON and UK payment fraud prevention company ReD have joined forces to offer card-not-present payment fraud prevention services to PAY.ON’s global network of payment service providers (PSPs).

Under the terms of the collaboration, Red will integrate its ReD Shield fraud prevention service, into PAY.ON´s white label Platform-as-a-Service, PaySourcing and PayPipe, the independent payment routing gateway. This will enable payment providers as ISOs, or other service providers, acquirers and financial institutions to outsource their entire PSP business into the cloud – in a PCI-DSS-certified environment.

As a managed service, ReD Shield provides merchants and PSPs with access to fraud prevention tools and techniques, without the need for in-house investment. ReD Shield is set to protect payment transactions that are accepted over the internet, via mail order, telephone order or through interactive TV by constantly monitoring and analysing card activity across the globe.

PAY.ON serves payment service providers, payment scheme suppliers, acquirers and risk management providers. The companys services are based on a modular platform for global payment outsourcing PaySourcing and on PayPipe, an online gateway for global payment routing.

In recent news, ReD has entered a partnership with TeleSign, a provider of internet fraud prevention and intelligent authentication to integrate its ReD Shield service into the latters products.
