Under the terms of the deal, buyers who pay for their business purchases using AOC’s EnCompass platform are set to be able to securely transmit confidential payment information to their vendors using an online portal called AR-Exchange, which is built on the 3DSI Payment WorkSuite platform.
Moreover, suppliers are set to be able to manage and organize their buyers’ historical payment and remittance data on the portal, produce reports for those transactions and eliminate the need to receive sensitive payment information via email or fax to buyers.
