Bank of Hawaii selects DirectBiller EBPP suite from Aliaswire for business payments

Financial services provider Bank of Hawaii has teamed up with payment services platform operator Aliaswire to deploy the latter’s DirectBiller electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) service for its Cash Management Services business clients.

The bank plans to use DirectBiller to enable business clients to present bills online and collect electronic payments using a hosted platform that provides flexibility while meeting information security standards. Businesses can opt for a series of configurations, receive reports, and take offer multiple options for accessing and paying bills, including web, voice, or agent.
