Under the terms of the deal, the Basware services to be delivered include invoice automation with matching for orders and plans, data analytics, mobile technology, a supplier portal, and e-invoicing receiving solutions.
The value of the agreement is approximately EUR 1.9 million over three years. Implementation is scheduled to begin this quarter.
