Under the terms of the agreement, Textura is set to integrate its electronic invoicing and payment processing services into CMiC’s enterprise software system. The new joint CMiC – Textura XML interface will provide contractors with an import-export functionality which eliminates the need to perform subcontractor invoice data entry, providing instead a flow of orders and subcontractor invoices and payments uploads from CMiC to Textura. The interface allows customers and subcontractors to collaborate in order to manage subcontractor pay requests, lien waiver collections and payment management process.
