doxo provides a digital file cabinet where users can receive bills and other documents from Rice Lake Utilities or any other connected service provider. Users can organize account information and make payments from their doxo account online or via the doxo mobile app.
Each time a customer connects to Rice Lake Utilities on doxo, their bills and account documents are automatically delivered to the customers doxo digital file cabinet, which can then be accessed online or via the doxo mobile application. Documents can be printed or downloaded and backed up to the customers own hard drive or cloud storage service and customers receive emails to notify them of paperless bill delivery of their bills and account documents.
In recent news, doxo has been selected by Mountaineer Gas Company, a US natural gas utility, to enable the latter’s customers to receive paperless bills and other documents, organise account info and make payments from their free personal doxo account, online or from an iPhone or Android smartphone.
