Swedish compliance expert TrustWeaver has closed a partnership with Taxcom to enable international companies that trade in Russia to send and receive compliant e-invoices and other accounting documents.

Taxcom is a Russian operator and architect of tax administrative environment for exchange of e-documents with e-signatures.

Taxcom and TrustWeaver have designed a joint solution whereby in-house or outsourced business service providers can benefit from a single business and technical interface to TrustWeaver to meet all Russian legal and technical requirements through the authorized environment of Taxcom, without any need for installing and operating local third party software components.

The joint solution is currently being readied for tests with a number of business networks and global enterprises, with the objective of obtaining assurance on all aspects of the model by the end of 2013. The joint solution is set to be generally available shortly following completion of these pilots.

TrustWeaver is a privately held, venture-funded company which monitors legal requirements for electronic transactions worldwide and processes documents through its cloud services. The company’s B2B partner network provides services to multinational companies and their trading partners worldwide.

In recent news, TrustWeaver has released a new edition of its inventory of global e-invoicing regulatory and market analysis in a white paper titled Tax-compliant global electronic invoice life cycle management.
