Digital Rivers Q1 2011 revenue reaches USD 98.2 million

US e-commerce services developer Digital River has witnessed its Q1 2011 total revenue reach USD 98.2 million, as compared to the same period in 2010, when it reported total revenue worth USD 98.7 million, recent financial results have revealed.

According to the results, Digital River’s GAAP net income for Q1 2011 has amounted to USD 7.0 million, or USD 0.18 per diluted share, the company recording similar results in Q1 2010.

The company’s Q1 2011 non-GAAP net income has reached USD 12.6 million, or USD 0.31 per diluted share while the Q1 2010 non-GAAP net income totalled USD 12.4 million or USD 0.32 per diluted share.

In 2010, Digital River’s total revenue climbed to USD 405.5 million versus USD 404 million recorded in 2009.
