With this acquisition, Ticket Monster will take control of Everyday.com.my which provides both daily deals and other e-commerce services. The website aims at reaching USD 12 million revenue in 2011. TMon has raised USD 11 million in venture capital in two rounds in 2010 and is expected to close a third round in 2011.
The company currently operates on a location-based service, dubbed TMon Now which enables merchants to offer deals to nearby, smartphone-equipped shoppers.
