Our client, a leading iGaming operator who due to vast expansion and growth within the market is looking to recruit a Payment Method Manager to be responsible for improving their payment offerings.

As the Payment Method Manager you will research the different payment solutions available in the several markets the Company is working on. This will be done by gathering an in-depth knowledge of both global and regional solutions. You will need to present case studies and the end-results of your research in order to support your suggestion on which payment solutions will be most effective for the company. Once a new solution is live you will also maintain the relationship with the different providers.

Main responsibilities include:

• Develop a solid global online payment solutions strategy
• Identify, evaluate, integrate and develop next generation payment solutions by liaising with stakeholders to gather internal and external business requirements
• Research different markets and identify different payment solution taking in consideration the company strategy, single country characteristic and competitors offer
• Evaluate, maintain and improve existing payment solutions and transaction flow
• Negotiate acceptable financial terms with payment solutions
• Liaise with the IT team to ensure efficient integration of the new payment solution
• Liaise with the legal team in order to understand the legal situation of a particular jurisdiction and be able to recommend appropriate payment solutions for that market
• Establish and maintain the relationship with different providers
• Work closely with other departments in order to track issue with providers and address them
• Ensure company complies end enforces standard policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in banking/finance/business with a minimum of 2 years of online payments experience
• Solid understanding of the online payments industry and infrastructure
• Attention to detail
• High energy and self-motivated, especially in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Adaptable/flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances
• Experience in the online gaming industry or high volume e-commerce environment
• Tenacity to seek out or innovate new payment solutions in a regulated environment
• Experience with building and managing relationships and negotiating with payment service providers and partners
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
