Access Bank, Airtel Nigeria launch mobile money platform

Financial institution Access Bank and Bharti Airtel`s African division Airtel Nigeria have entered a partnership to launch a mobile money service known as Access Money.

The service enables customers to perform financial transactions using their mobile phones. With the service, customers on the mobile network can send and receive money, make deposits and withdrawals, pay their utility bills and buy airtime for their lines.

In addition, it enables customers to receive money via agents nationwide or via cardless withdrawals from any Access Bank ATM machine.
