Apple Pay to expand to Australia, Canada, Spain, Hong Kong and Singapore

Apple has announced further rollout of its mobile payments service Apple Pay to Australia and Canada by the end of 2015.

Following Australia and Canada, Apple plans to bring Apple Pay to Spain, Singapore and Hong Kong starting in 2016 as well.

American Express customers are expected to be the first to be able to use the service in the above-mentioned countries.

Apple Pay first launched in the US in October 2014 and has been live in the UK since July 2015, allowing iPhone and Apple Watch users to pay for goods and services.
