Apple to reportedly launch Apple Pay in LATAM

Apple Pay is already working to roll out Apple Pay beyond the US, and is rumoured to be in talks with Brazilian banks to launch the service in South America.

The Bank of Brazil, Bradesco and Itaú are all in negotiations to support Apple Pay, reported CultofMac, citing Brazillian website Season Business. According to the Brazilian report, almost 80% of the payment terminal network in Brazil is already contactless-enabled.

In recent news, US Patent and Trademark Office has published a patent application from Apple that unveils a new Apple Pay feature set.
