Compass e-Access Mobile is a browser-based service that allows clients to view account activity and balances, initiate book transfers and approve wire transfers using their mobile devices.
Secure Chat allows Compass e-Access users to communicate with a bank representative. Upon initiating a chat session, customers can specify their preferred language and select the nature of their question or request. Based upon these selections, they can chat directly with the representative who can provide the information they need.
