Merced School Employees Federal Credit Union selects Fiservs mobile money transfer system

US-based Merced School Employees Federal Credit Union (MSEFCU) has entered an agreement with Fiserv, a global provider of financial services technology services, under the terms of which the latter is to offer members access to mobile financial services with Mobile Money.

With the Mobile Money solution, customers can transfer funds between accounts, check balances, pay bills and receive alerts, including payment notifications and account balance transfer alerts, on any mobile device. Mobile Money, which incorporates technology from M-Com, can be accessed via SMS or through a mobile browser. Mobile Money offers online and offline enrollment capabilities, integrating with core banking, online banking and electronic payments systems.

MSEFCU already utilizes various Fiserv solutions, including Virtual Branch Internet banking and bill pay services, ATM processing and ATM and debit card production services.
