Mobikwik launches BlackBerry app for bill payments, mobile top-up

MobiKwik, an Indian online mobile and DTH recharge service, has launched a bill payment and mobile recharge application, which is set to enable BlackBerry smartphones users to pay telecom, data card, television and utility bills via their phone.

The app also allows customers to shop on merchant websites for food, travel and accessories. It works on GPRS, EDGE, 3G or Wi-Fi and is compatible with BlackBerry 7 smartphones.

Founded in 2009, Mobikwik has presence in web and mobile payment services for online recharge, DTH payments, data card and other utility payments like gas, electricity, insurance and more.

In recent news, MobiKwik has launched a bill payment and mobile recharge application on Apple store, which is set to enable iPhone, iPad and iPod touch users to pay telecom and utility bills.
