Each time a customer connects to Mountaineer Gas on doxo, their bills and account documents are automatically delivered to the customers doxo digital file cabinet, which can then be accessed online or via the doxo mobile application. Documents can be printed or downloaded and backed up to the customers own hard drive or cloud storage service and customers receive emails to notify them of paperless bill delivery of their bills and account documents.
In October 2012, doxo added eight new water and sewer districts to its network.
