New Zealand: The National Bank launches mobile app for Android

New Zealand financial institution The National Bank has launched a mobile banking application for Android-powered mobile devices.

The new application is set to enable customers to view balances, review transaction history, transfer funds and pay bills from their mobile devices.

To have access to the mobile banking application, customers must be registered for the National Bank Online Banking service and have a 3G-enabled Android smartphone or device that is enabled for mobile or wireless internet connection and have an active mobile phone number.
