Tuesday 15 October 2013 09:06 CET | News

US-based domestic company Prelag Partners’ Next Gen Dine restaurant point-of-sale software has been certified for gift card processing through Valutec Card Solutions, a gift and loyalty card services provider.

Restaurants can provide their customers with the ability to purchase gift cards of any designated amount at the point-of-sale (POS). The customers can redeem their gift cards through Next Gen Dine as well.

Once a restaurant designates the amounts to be offered, the cards are ready to be sold and activated. Servers can then activate them through the tablet point-of-sale and hand them to the customer.

Next Gen Dine is a cloud-based, mobile restaurant point-of-sale that provides a number of features including sales reports, schedule management, payroll, reservations, email marketing, coupons, gift cards, digital menu, high resolution menu item images and other.

In recent news, Prelag Partners’ Next Gen Dine restaurant point of sale software has been certified for credit and gift card transactions through their integration with BridgePay Network Solutions.
