VoiceTrust acquires VoiceCash Middle East

Global provider of voice biometrics-based security and mobile payments services VoiceTrust has acquired VoiceCash Middle East, a prepaid and money transfer services company. The amount of the acquisition is yet to be disclosed.

The acquired entity has been renamed as VoiceTrust eServices MENA (Middle East North Africa). VoiceTrust is majority owned by Ramphastos Investments N.V.

VoiceTrust counts millions of users across North America and Europe currently provided with the company’s Voice Biometric Security (VBS) services.
