Eastman Kodak Company has selected US electronic commerce services developer Digital River to handle Kodak's global e-commerce operations.
According to the contract, Digital River is to offer e-commerce and e-marketing services for the online sale of Kodak’s digital cameras, digital video cameras, digital picture frames, inkjet printers, film and accessories across North America and Europe.
Digital River already manages business-to-business e-commerce websites for Kodak’s Document Imaging and Print on Demand Solutions divisions. As an e-commerce outsourcing company, Digital River provides online software delivery for clients including security and information management company Symantec, Microsoft, AOL, eBay, Toshiba and computers vendor Sun Microsystems.
