Dynamic Card Solutions (DCS), a provider of instant issuance and PIN selection solutions has announced the availability of the EMV Smart Start software and services suite aimed at card issuers who want to issue EMV credit and debit cards.

The EMV Smart Start technology was developed to provide financial institutions who are not offering EMV cards with the ability to issue multiple card types, including traditional magnetic stripe cards, EMV, contact and contactless cards in branches or in a back-office location. The company’s card issuing technology supports card types from all card manufacturers including native, GlobalPlatform and Multos.
