French retailer KIABI has selected global provider of payment services Ingenico for the management of its card transactions across stores in Spain.

Under the agreement, the service is set to be operated through Axis, the Ingenico platform and iPP320, a retail-oriented PIN Pad terminal. Ingenico is set to equip all KIABI stores in Spain.

The Axis platform allows customers to manage payment transactions from the point of sale to the transaction acquirer. The platform supports all types of payment (in-store, mobile, self-service terminal, telephone or on-line payments) and all payment means (credit card, debit card, loyalty card), in addition to value-added services such as gift cards, prepaid cards, loyalty programs, electronic purses or currency conversion.
