Sony Computer Entertainment Europe selects epay to power PlayStation Network cards in Australia Thursday 11 March 2010 | 12:01 PM CET

Electronic payment services provider epay has entered in partnership with Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) to provide the latter with a service designed to handle the PlayStation Network (PSN) Cards across Australia.

The PlayStation Network Cards are used to add credit to a PSN wallet, enabling customers to gain access to a range of electronic products such as games, downloadable add-ons and movies.

The card can be acquired for cash at participating epay retailers. Clients receive a unique voucher code that can be used online to purchase content for both PlayStation 3 (PS3) and PSP (PlayStationPortable).

The service is set to be released in Europe and New Zealand as well.
