UK mobile phone parking services provider Cobalt Telephone Technologies has been awarded a contract by the local authorities in Dover, Kent.

Under the terms of the contract, Dover authorities will offer Cobalt’s RingGo m-parking system in car parks across the city.

In order to use the service, motorists need to call the RingGo number shown in car parks, register their vehicle and payment card details and pay for their parking over the phone. On top of that, customers can recharge their parking fees.

Via the 21st Century option, customers can call and extend their parking period. Users can either pre-register for the service at www.RingGo.co.uk or provide their vehicle and payment card details via RingGo's tailored voice recognition system at the time of parking.
