Elavon partners Voltage Security for data protection services

Data protection services provider Voltage Security has signed an agreement with Elavon, a subsidiary of US Bancorp, to provide the latter with security services for its merchant network.

Under the agreement, Voltage Security is set to offer Elavon several cryptographic services such as Voltage SecureData and Voltage Identity-Based Encryption (IBE). The solutions are set to ensure the encryption, tokenization and masking of Elavon’s sensitive cardholder data.

Elavon offers payment processing services to more than one million merchants in the US, Europe, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.
