Petzer will start his new role at Monitise in April 2013 replacing John Brougham who retired last October.

In recent news, Monitise has entered an agreement with Canadian financial services company BMO Bank of Montreal to develop new mobile money services, using Monitise’s technology platform that encompasses mobile banking, payment and commerce services.
