US account presentation and online payments services provider Online Resources' eCommerce Services division launches a disbursement payment service.

The service is part of Online Resources' eCom Advantage Suite, which provides electronic bill presentment, payment and collection services for clients in the healthcare, consumer finance, telecommunications and utilities industries and is to be used for refunds, rewards payments, credit card balance transfers, settlements, escrow payments, insurance claims and royalty payments.

Online Resources handles B2C and B2B payments via its disbursement lifecycle. The company provides outsourced, web and phone-based financial technology services to financial institutions, billers, card issuers and creditor clients. Users may access and view their accounts online and make electronic bill payments and funds transfers.
