US provider of web-based legal operations management solutions TyMetrix has acquired the LEDESense software suite from US-based legal e-billing services provider RORA Client Systems.

The software allows law firms to translate unformatted electronic invoices into the many different Legal Electronic Data Exchange Standards (LEDES) formats accepted by various legal e-billing systems.

LEDESense is set to create an electronic invoice process between a law firm and its client by automating the process of formatting invoices

The LEDESense platform addresses mainly the law firms in Europe where the popularity of invoicing is growing rapidly.

The terms of TyMetrix’s acquisition of the LEDESense software have not been disclosed.
