HighJump Software, a global provider of supply chain management software, has integrated its TrueCommerce EDI service with Dydacomp, a provider of business technology platforms for small and medium-sized e-commerce and multichannel merchants.

Under the terms of the agreement, Dydacomp's Multichannel Order Manager (M.O.M.) customers will now be able to leverage the TrueCommerce EDI platform to obtain compliance with EDI requirements.

The TrueCommerce EDI service features a series of capabilities including Transaction Manager EDI, a translation software which translates information from an accounting system into the EDI format, data mapping which enables the accounting system to sync with a customer's system, the transaction network needed to send and receive EDI transactions and EDI support and maintenance services.

The joint services allow businesses to track an order from invoice to shipment and from shipment to proof of delivery and invoicing, thus ensuring all customer transactions are sent and received correctly to support order and inventory management, order fulfillment and order processing.
