E-invoicing
Anoowa rolls out electronic invoicing for vendors Tuesday 17 November 2009 | 11:16 AM CET

E-billing technology developer Anoowa has launched a new billFLO seller API which allows vendors to integrate billFLO's invoicing functionality into their accounting systems and thus provide their customers with e-invoicing services.

billFLO provides machine-readable invoices for small businesses that can be imported into most of today's common accounting systems.

Each year nearly 20 billion paper invoices are exchanged between businesses at the price of almost USD 30 billion in lost productivity. A small business receiving 100 paper bills each month requires at least six hours or USD 400 for manual processing of incoming paper invoices. By including billFLO's new seller API, accounting system vendors can now provide their customers with integrated access to billFLO functionality.

billFLO already integrates with many invoicing and accounting systems, including Harvest, FreshBooks, Less Accounting, Quickbooks and Blinksale, as well as proprietary systems of large enterprises.

billFLO is an electronic invoicing network that allows businesses to share invoices electronically. It was developed by privately owned company Anoowa.
