US email bill presentment and payment company Striata and payment provider Western Union have been selected by US-based Baton Rouge Water Company to deliver the latter’s e-mail bills and those of its affiliate companies, namely Parish Water, Ascension Water, Louisiana Water and French Settlement Water companies.

In partnership with payment provider Western Union, the Striata email billing service is expected to be able to provide an integrated electronic payment capability, which allows customers to make payments with a single click from within the electronic bill itself via multiple payments types, such as ACH, debit/credit or ATM cards.
