US-based order to cash automation services provider Cforia has entered a partnership with US outsourcing services provider API to provide an order to cash (O2C) services.

Under the deal, the two companies will combine their offerings into a single technology platform that looks to help customers maximize cash flow and reduce costs, while facilitating an integrated view of the processes.

Cforia’s workbench is thus set to integrate with API’s cloud-based automation platform which completes the O2C process including print/mail room outsourcing capabilities, lock box/ACH integration, on-line or e-billing (electronic billing) and payments and on-line document archival and retrieval capabilities.

Additionally, the platform is set to provide a means for customers to communicate problems with delivery of goods and services back to their A/R person.

Cforia Software was founded in 2001 and it provides software services including cash application automation, credit management and collections software, online payments and e-billing portal and an A/R collaboration portal.

API Outsourcing provides document management, procure to pay (P2P), order to cash (O2C) and accounting services.
