US provider of web-based legal operations management solutions CT TyMetrix has entered a partnership with online marketplace operator eBay. Under the deal, eBay has selected the CT TyMetrix 360° offering as its global legal spend management platform.

CT TyMetrix 360° is set to provide eBay with access to customized financial reporting, also providing integration with its existing accounts payable systems and support to align in-house counsel with the many law firms it works with across the globe.

eBay's selection of CT TyMetrix comes on the heels of other large, global companies, including the Royal Bank of Canada and Royal Philips Electronics choosing to work with the company. CT TyMetrix is a part of Wolters Kluwer Corporate Legal Services.
