Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) has partnered with Hampton Roads Utility Billing Service to change the format of the bills and expand online payment services, online media outlet hamptonroads.com reports.

According to the same source, customers who receive the redesigned bills will then be able to enroll in electronic billing and use the online payment options. Online subscribers will have access to their billing and payment history and they will be able to confirm the date and amount of their last payment, print copies and use a new EZ-Pay service for one-time or recurring payments. Payment may be made from checking or savings accounts or by using credit or debit cards.
