Mitratech, a global provider of Corporate Legal Automation (CLA ) services, has entered a partnership with Aderant, a US provider of business management software, to bring the latter’s CompuLaw rules and deadlines services into Mitratech's existing platform of matter management, e-billing and GRC solutions.

CompuLaw provides rules based calendaring by displaying a library of jurisdictional court rules and deadlines available on the market. Its addition allows Mitratech’s in-house legal teams to manage the risk associated with changing rules and deadlines.

Mitratech and Aderant are set to cross-license their product APIs to allow integration in areas such as e-billing and collaborative budgeting.

Aderant was founded in 1978. Its services include business development, calendar/docket matter management with built-in court rules, client relationship management, practice and financial management, time and billing, case management, document management and business intelligence.
