Syncada Network reaches USD 21 billion milestone in payments processing Thursday 19 January 2012 | 01:57 PM CET

Visa’s Syncada electronic financial supply chain platform has processed more than USD 21 billion in payments during 2011.

Last year’s volume includes transactions processed using Syncada’s invoice processing, invoice financing and payment channels. Syncada’s financial supply chain solution allows financial institutions to offer their commercial clients business-to-business (B2B) invoice processing, financing, and payment services across different payment types and local currencies.

The Syncada B2B payment and invoice processing network, a joint venture of electronic payments network operator Visa and financial services provider US Bank, allows corporations and governments to process and track invoices, make and receive payments and have payables or receivables financed through local and global financial institutions.
