Coral Springs, a US brand of Wholesale Carrier Services (WCS), has renewed its contract with IDI Billing Solutions (IDI), a US web-enabled rating, billing and customer management services provider, for its CostGuard billing and operations solution and OnlineBill electronic bill presentment and payment interface.

WCS has been an IDI customer since 2004. Using IDI’s CostGuard and OnlineBill Web portal, WCS manages schemes and creates a communications service invoice for its enterprise customers.

IDI Billing Solutions is a B/OSS services provider for the telecommunications industry. IDI’s Billing as a Service offering includes the CostGuard application, back-office and services and a SaaS-hosted platform. Billing as a Service allows providers using mobile, MVNO, local, long distance, data and VoIP to monetize their services and perform operations related to selling, activating, managing and billing.
