3Cinteractive, a mobile marketing and technology provider has teamed up with US mobile commerce company Billing Revolution to provide credit card transaction processing via the mobile channel.

Under the terms of the deal, 3Cinteractive will be able to process mobile credit card transactions for its customers. 3Cinteractive's mobile payments platform includes Premium SMS (PSMS), direct and WAP billing, as well as 3Ci's proprietary Loss Prevention System, a risk and fraud management system for mobile payments. The 3Ci service portfolio includes SMS, MMS, WAP, Mobile Web and IVR; as well as full service campaign and compliance management.

Billing Revolution has recently partnered Authorize.net, Motek, Movoxx, Dada Entertainment and PlayPhone to power mobile commerce offerings and storefronts. The company`s technology enables users to make credit card purchases without a user name or PIN code requirement. Mobile users have the ability to conduct "single-click" credit card transactions, manage subscriptions and perform cancellations from the mobile device.

Editor's notes: "3Cinteractive has a massive client list representing leading brands and companies including McCann Erickson, U.S. Army, ESPN, and Playboy, and this is a huge win for Billing Revolution as our relationship standardizes these payment processes for major brands and retailers." Andy Kleitsch, CEO of Billing Revolution, tells The Paypers.
