HSBC Bank Middle East, a subsidiary of the HSBC Group, has rolled out a mobile version of its HSBC Amanah Premier online banking and wealth managment service.

Users of HSBC’s new mobile banking service will be able to manage their personal account balances and carry out fund transfers across 40 markets where HSBC operates such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia (through SABB Amanah as SABB Amanah Premier), Bahrain, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Bangladesh, the UK and the US.

How it works

HSBC Amanah Premier enables a client from the UAE who is visiting Malaysia for instance, to be recognized as an Amanah Premier customer and provided with assistance services. The services include a connection to the customer’s home country relationship manager or phone banking service and emergency assistance including emergency cash, next day credit replacement and expert local advice.

HSBC provides a range of personal financial and wealth management services in the Middle East. These include current and savings accounts, mortgage finance, term deposits and credit cards, financial planning, and investment services.
