Electronic payments services provider Ingenico has released the Ingenico ROAM suite of mobile applications such as ROAMpay and ROAMbuy.

The applications are the result of the partnership between Ingenico and ROAM Data, a mobile application service provider. They are set to offer sales agents, mobile professionals as well as merchants the possibility to reach their clients on the mobile devices.

Ingenico’s mobile applications aim to provide m-commerce services such as credit and debit payment acceptance, mobile storefront and customized enterprise business applications.

Ingenico ROAM users can develop their own mobile commerce applications that work on a series of mobile devices like the iPhone, BlackBerry or Google.
