US-based payment services provider Merchant Data Systems has inked an agreement with m-commerce company ROAM Data for m-payments processing services.
Under the deal, Merchant Data Systems’ merchant members will be enabled to carry out payment transactions via ROAM's PCI-certified payment gateway. The portal also includes a series of features such as app provisioning, rights management and the possibility to receive alerts.
Founded in 1997, Merchant Data Systems offers credit and debit card processing services, cheque acceptance, EBT (electronic benefit transfer), POS equipment sales and leasing as well as gift card and loyalty programs.
