Global financial services company Citi has rolled out the payment analytics tool, a module within CitiDirect BE, its online banking platform.
The newly launched service enables Citi to provide an analytics service which allows organizations to manage their payables activities across multiple payment types, currencies and locations. Accessed via the CitiDirect BE platform, the payment analytics tool can be customised by applying filters such as time periods, accounts, geography, transaction status and currency type.
Citi's payment analytics module is currently piloted in countries across the Asia Pacific region and the company has revealed plans to expand it globally.

Citi provides consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with a range of financial products and services, including consumer banking and credit, corporate and investment banking, securities brokerage, transaction services and wealth management.
