US-based online payment processing services developer Braintree has appointed David Corken as chief Operating Officer and Tracey Weinberg as Senior Vice President of Marketing.

In his new role, David Corken will help Braintree maintain its high-level of customer service as the company continues its rapid expansion. Most recently, Corken has served as Chief Operating Officer at Total Attorneys, a cloud-based software solutions provider for law firms. Prior to Total Attorneys, he was Vice President of Operations at Cars.com, the web destination for more than 10 million car shoppers each month.

As Senior Vice President of Marketing, Tracey Weinberg is responsible for Braintree's accelerated growth. Weinberg has previously worked as Senior Vice President of Marketing at iPay Technologies, a payments software provider to the US financial institutions market. Prior to iPay, Tracey Weinberg was Senior Director of Relationship Marketing at Orbitz.

In October 2011, Braintree has appointed Bill Ready as CEO. Ready has previously worked for Accel Partners, a US-based venture capital and growth equity firm, where he was an executive in residence focusing on payments and financial technology. He has also worked as president of iPay Technologies, a payments software provider to the US banking market.
