Seven national e-commerce associations have launched the new E-commerce Association Europe, which represents the interests of B2C e-commerce in Europe for both products and services.
The founding members of the E-commerce Association Europe are the national e-commerce associations of Belgium (Becommerce), Denmark (FDIH), France (FEVAD), Italy (Netcomm), the Netherlands (Thuiswinkel.org), Norway (Distansehandel Norge) and Sweden (Svensk Distanshandel - SDh).
The objective of the E-commerce Association Europe is to advance the interests and influence of e-commerce in Europe through advocacy, communication and networking, thereby enhancing the success of the European B2C e-commerce industry and providing a strong effective and efficient lobby performance within a long-term stable financial environment where both national associations and e-commerce companies feel at home, with new brand recognition and membership engagement for associations and companies.
