PNI receives Australian Financial Services Licence Friday 3 February 2012 | 03:32 PM CET

Global payment services provider Payment Network International Financial Services (PNI) has obtained an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).

As a result, PNI is now allowed to provide non-cash payment (NCP) financial services across Australia.

Most recently, PNI has released the China Payment Services (CPS) brand. The CPS group allows e-commerce operators to accept UnionPay card payments from Chinese customers and settle in their choice of currency.

Prior to receiving the license, PNI has been submitted to numerous tests by the ASIC.

PNI offers a global range of online and offline payment products and services
