Sage Pay releases start-up package to support SMEs Thursday 26 January 2012 | 01:52 PM CET

UK-based payment services provider Sage Pay has released an initiative which provides small and medium-sized enterprises across the UK with the necessary tools to start their business online.

The newly introduced service, dubbed the Merchant Services Package, focuses on eliminating e-commerce barriers and features a range of capabilities including free payment processing and free accounting and business planning software.

Companies signing up for Sage Pay’s start-up package will gain access to a free month of Sage Pay Go payment processing service and Sage’s ‘Planning for Business’ software.

Sage Pay provides credit and debit card payment services for online and mail order businesses.
