UK financial services provider Barclays has signed a two-year agreement with NCR, a global provider of maintenance services, to outsource the management and maintenance for 550 of its remote and host operated ATMs.
Under the terms of the deal, NCR is set to ensure complete management and maintenance services for the Barclays ATMs, including helpdesk assistance, incident management, first and second line maintenance as well as cash replenishment services in partnership with Cash-In-Transit management company Loomis.
The contract will be managed from NCR's Eurocentral customer care centre located in the UK.
